Education Behavior Consultants EBC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician RBT to join our growing team in the San Diego area, primarily serving Vista and surrounding communities. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about making meaningful change in the lives of children and families and who bring both professionalism and heart to their work.

This position will primarily provide services in home and community based settings. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working directly with families, navigating a variety of environments, and maintaining strong communication, professionalism, and consistency in care.
What You Will Do
Provide direct behavior support services to clients in home and community settings while working closely with supervisors, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team. Responsibilities may include:
Implementing individualized treatment and behavior support plans
Supporting clients with communication, behavior reduction, social skills, and adaptive living skills
Collecting accurate data and completing session documentation in a timely manner
Collaborating with caregivers and EBC supervisors to support client progress and generalization across settings
Maintaining professionalism and representing EBC positively in homes and the community
Following clinical programming with consistency, compassion, and integrity

Preferred qualifications include:
Current RBT certification
Experience working with children in home, school, clinic, or community based settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with a supervising team
Professional, dependable, organized, and responsive
Passion for supporting children and families with diverse needs
Schedule Requirements
Monday through Friday availability preferred
Consistent availability is strongly preferred
Flexibility to travel to client homes and community settings in Vista and surrounding areas
