We are looking for 1 behavior therapist (RBT) to join our team! Pay starts at $20 - $25 per hour. There's plenty of room for growth! Paid holidays, paid sick days, PTO, and bonus opportunities offered.

Please have a high school diploma and an RBT certification (active or inactive) to be considered (experience with early learners is a plus!).

The work we do here is mainly with kids under the age of 15. We are locally owned and work as a collaborative team with RBT's, BCBA's and the families we provide services to! We provide clinic-based services Monday - Friday at our clinic in Jacksonville!

Responsibilities:

Implement behavioral protocols as written by the BCBA

Conduct functional communication training using vocal shaping, augmentative communication (PECS/etc.), ASL, etc.

Record accurate maladaptive behavior data and new acquisition data

Take initiative! Read behavior plans, learn your clients, and use every moment as a teaching opportunity

Input data into Excel

Collaborate with RBT's/BCBA's

Write descriptive daily session notes.

Attend weekly collaboration meetings with supervisor(s) and team of RBT's
