We are currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position (M–F) at our Kenosha clinic which will be opening Sept. 1, 2025.

What You’ll Do:

Work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum

Implement behavior support plans developed by a supervising BCBA

Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills

Track and record data daily

Requirements:

RBT certified or willing to complete certification

High school diploma required; some college or experience in childcare, psychology, or education preferred

Reliable transportation
