About the Role:

Walden Behavior Solutions LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and progress during each session

Deliver discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and other ABA-based strategies

Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills

Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients, families, and team members

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Document session notes and progress reports in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities

Strong data collection, organization, and communication skills

Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a dynamic, client-centered environment

Must pass a background check and meet any state or company compliance requirements

Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings
