We are looking to hire a Behavior Technician to work with our Palestine campus and assist children with autism. A successful candidate will have patience, a playful attitude, and a passion for children in general—previous experience working with special education students teaching them valuable life skills is desired but not required. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with our faculty and staff to improve student behavior and make general improvements for the well-being of the clients. You will be providing 1:1 ABA therapy for a child.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with autism caregivers and teachers.

Interact with patients and keep them safe.

Plan and implement treatments.

Document patient behavior.

Organize schedules.

Work with multiple staff members.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years old

Pass a background check

Have a High School diploma or GED
