Registered Behavior Technician RBT

Location: Cedar Point, NC

Position: Part Time

Pay: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour Sign on Bonus: $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment Client Cancelations: 50% pay for eligible client cancelations

Schedule: Flexible afternoon and early evening hours. Additional hours may become available as our client base continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Provide one on one ABA therapy in clients' homes

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation

Communicate effectively with families and supervisors

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED required

Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred

Behavior Technician applicants who have completed the required 40 hour training within the past 60 days are encouraged to apply

Previous ABA experience or experience working with children with autism preferred

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Morehead City service area

Strong communication and organizational skills
