    Key Responsibilities:

    · Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and crown preparations.

    · Perform expanded duties as permitted under California law

    · Take and process high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays).

    · Prepare operatories and ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.

    · Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.

    · Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.

    · Monitor and manage inventory of dental supplies and materials.

    · Ensure compliance with California dental regulations and infection control protocols.

    Requirements:

    · Current RDA license in the state of California.

    · Current certifications in CPR, coronal polishing, and radiation safety.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

    · A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care.

    Preferred Skills:

    · Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft.

    · Bilingual skills are a plus!

    · Familiarity with advanced dental technologies and techniques.
