    What You'll Do
    As an RDA, you'll help make every patient's visit smooth, comfortable, and positive. You'll:

    • Greet and prepare patients for treatment with warmth and professionalism

    • Capture high-quality digital X-rays

    • Assist the dentist during a wide range of treatment procedures

    • Maintain clean, organized, and sterile treatment rooms

    • Support patient education, treatment explanations, and aftercare guidance

    • Provide polishing and sealant services (with required certifications)

    • Assist with scheduling and patient flow

    • Follow strict sterilization and infection control standards

    • Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that patients look forward to

    What We're Looking For

    • Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License

    • Sealant placement, nitrous monitoring, and coronal polishing certifications

    (Training available for the right candidate!)

    • Proficiency in digital X-rays and charting

    • A team player with outstanding communication skills

    • Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care
