Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Welcome patients with genuine warmth and prepare them comfortably for their treatment • Assist the dentist and hygienists chairside, anticipating needs and keeping procedures smooth • Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to protocol • Operate Cerec scanning and milling, iTero scanning, and assist with Invisalign and cosmetic cases • Provide clear, compassionate post-op and oral hygiene instructions • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms • Manage accurate patient records, scheduling, and payment procedures • Perform lab tasks and support the team wherever the day takes you Qualifications: Who You Are • A warm, confident communicator who puts patients at ease from the moment they walk in • A self-starter who investigates problems, finds answers, and follows through. You don’t need things spelled out twice, and you take pride in doing the job right What You Bring • Proven dental assisting experience (required) • Solid knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols • Experience with Cerec, iTero, and Invisalign attachment and delivery (preferred) • Comfort with Open Dental software and office technology • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients • A genuine passion for patient care and the experience you create Compensation: $25 - $29 hourly
