    What This Role Is

    Our dental assistant:

    Prepares operatories efficiently and thoroughly

    Assists the doctor during restorative and preventive procedures

    Takes digital radiographs confidently

    Supports hygiene and preventive visits as needed

    Helps reinforce preventive education

    Maintains strict infection control standards

    Documents accurately

    Works collaboratively within a flexible clinical workflow

    Helps families discover the practice

    This role is active, fast-paced, and team-centered.

    Qualifications

    Active Illinois Registered Dental Assistant credential (if applicable)

    Digital radiography experience

    Strong communication skills

    Dependable and organized
