    3 doctors private dental office looking to hire 1-2 Registered Dental Assistant(s) who is friendly and is professional. Primary office located in Mira Mesa. Open positions are also available at our Escondido location as well.

    Details for Hire:

    Vietnamese or Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.

    1+ year of RDA experience is ideal, but open to training and providing mentorship with intention of staying long term with the practice.

    Part time or Full time available (Mon-Fri 8:30-6pm, Sat 8-12pm) .

    Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities

    Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.

    Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.

    Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.

    Take and develop medical imaging, including X-rays, as per the dentist's instructions.

    Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Dentrix software.

    Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

    Monitor vital signs as needed during procedures to ensure patient safety.

    Uphold aseptic techniques to prevent infection and maintain a clean workspace.

    Support pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and other specialties as required.

    Experience

    Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn.

    Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is highly desirable.

    Experience with medical documentation processes is beneficial.

    Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.

    Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental software is advantageous.
