We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Dental Support Organization (DSO) led by passionate dentists and entrepreneurs. With 7 practices across Southern California, we are committed to building a patient-centered, team-driven culture that transforms the dental experience. As we scale, we're looking for dedicated, resourceful, and driven team members to help support our clinical excellence and patient experience.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF) to join our dental team! In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. You will assist the dentist during procedures, support clinical operations, and—depending on licensure—perform expanded duties within your legal scope of practice.

The ideal candidate is a state-licensed RDA or RDAEF with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care. If you’re professional, positive, and committed to creating a welcoming environment, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule: Full Time Monday – Friday 9–6, Saturdays as needed Please only apply if you meet all minimum requirements below!

    Qualifications

Current California RDA or RDAEF license (required)

Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience

Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification

Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and chairside assisting techniques

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills

Proficiency in dental software and electronic charting systems

Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care

    Responsibilities

Welcome patients to the treatment area and ensure their comfort throughout procedures

Review treatment plans and answer patient questions regarding procedures and aftercare

Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and dental charting accurately

Assist the dentist during examinations, surgeries, and restorative procedures

Prepare and organize instruments, materials, and equipment

    For RDAEF:

Perform extended functions permitted under California law, including:

Placing, contouring, finishing, and polishing restorations

Taking final impressions for crowns, bridges, and removable prosthetics

Cementing crowns, inlays, onlays, and fixed bridges

    Coronal polishing and sealant application

Adjusting temporary restorations and dentures as directed

Maintain strict compliance with infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols

Support front office tasks such as scheduling, charting, and patient follow-up as needed

The absence of specific duties does not exclude them if they are similar or related. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.

    Compliance & Regulatory Statement

This position requires full compliance with the California Dental Practice Act, OSHA standards, HIPAA regulations, and all internal policies and procedures. All duties are performed within the individual’s licensed scope of practice under the supervision of a licensed dentist as required by California law.
