About the Role:

Nidhi Gupta DDS is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice in Hayward, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment where your expertise and care make a real difference in people's smiles every day.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures for patients

Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and document findings in patient records

Take and review dental X-rays and present findings to the dentist

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, home care, and preventive strategies

Screen patients for oral cancer, gum disease, and other dental health concerns

Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants as indicated

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience

Requirements:

Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing

Current CPR/BLS certification

Experience with periodontal therapy and prophylaxis procedures

Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dental team

Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide permits preferred
