We use Overjet AI to make X-ray analysis smarter and more precise, and we manage our clinical flow in OpenDental. Our hygiene days follow a hybrid schedule — single-column, with assisted double-booked blocks when needed. You’ll always have help so you can focus on quality care.

Pay & Benefits (WA Pay-Transparency Compliant)
Full-Time Pay: $72 – $82 / hr DOE
Part-Time / Per-Diem: $75 – $86 / hr DOE
Hybrid Pay Model: Hourly base + differential for assisted/double hygiene hours
Full-Time Benefits: • Medical, dental & vision coverage • PTO (5 days per year after 90 days of initial employment, no carry over) & sick leave • Tiered CE Program — we invest more in long-term team members: • Year 1: In-office calibration & mentorship opportunities • Year 2: $500 CE allowance for local courses • Year 3 +: $1,000 annual CE allowance • Paid WA RDH license renewal (≈ $96) • Uniform allowance • Retirement plan in development — our goal is to help every team member build a strong financial future.

Schedule
Full-Time (Current): Monday – Friday (5 days per week)
Starting early 2026: Transition to Tuesday – Friday (4 days per week)
