About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at JOE M ROLAND DDS INC as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Irving, TX! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on patients' oral health while working in a supportive and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques.

Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.

Assist in the management of patient records and documentation.

Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Stay current with industry trends and continuing education requirements.

Provide exceptional patient care and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

Valid Texas State Dental Hygienist License.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with dental software and electronic health records.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety protocols.

Previous experience in a dental office preferred but not required.
