Are you looking for a dental office where you can have a great career AND a great life outside of work?

Our established dental practice in Smyrna, TN is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

This is a Monday–Thursday position, giving you every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off!

Our Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 6:45 AM–4:15 PM

We believe in giving our hygienists enough time to provide excellent patient care without feeling like they're constantly racing the clock.

Approximately 6–10 patients per day

We do not practice assisted hygiene. You'll have your own patients and the clinical autonomy that comes with being a hygienist, while working alongside a supportive team that is always willing to jump in and help when needed.

Compensation & Benefits

$40–$45/hour, based on experience

Bonus opportunity after 90 days

Benefits begin after 90 days

6 paid holidays

8 hours of PTO earned each month (3 weeks per year)

PTO increases to 4 weeks after 5 years
