Mor Smiles is growing, and we’re looking for a personable, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you love building relationships, delivering exceptional care, and working in a supportive, modern environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality preventive care, periodontal therapy, and patient education

Build trust and connection with patients at every visit

Partner with the doctor to co-diagnose and communicate needed treatment

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established hygiene protocols

Help create a smooth, efficient patient flow throughout the day

Contribute positively to a collaborative, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years experience preferred but not required

Active Pennsylvania RDH license (required)

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and patient-education abilities

Comfort with technology and digital charting

A professional, reliable, and proactive approach to patient care

Someone who values consistency, protocol, and teamwork
