Perks & Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay • Competitive pay structure Responsibilities: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Recording treatment information in patient charts • Taking radiographs as directed by the doctor • Evaluating periodontal conditions and creating treatment plans • Providing excellent customer service by escorting patients to and from the treatment room • Administering Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen • Applying topical agents and sealants • Assisting doctors during clinical exams and recording findings • Performing oral cancer exams • Scaling, polishing, and applying fluoride to teeth • Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments • Inspecting patients’ oral cavities and charting conditions • Educating patients on preventive care and home care • Cleaning restorations and appliances • Scheduling follow-up appointments • Implementing and monitoring recall systems • Any other duties as assigned Qualifications: What You’ll Need to Succeed • High school diploma or equivalent • Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license • Valid X-ray certification Compensation: $48 - $55 hourly
