Registered Dental Hygienist - Part-Time - Full-Time

You’ll conduct preliminary dental exams, help dentists with examinations and procedures, and perform thorough dental cleanings and hygiene exams so patients walk out with a smile. Responsibilities: • Sterilize all dental equipment to make sure everything is properly cleaned • Assist dentists with determining the best treatment plan for all kinds of dental diseases • Examine patients’ dental health and get an overview of their oral health history • Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified • Document patient visits and keep health records current • Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities • Protect patients’ teeth by thoroughly cleaning them and applying fluoride or other sealants • Good time management and run on time • Effectively diagnose periodontal conditions, including periodontal disease • Use an intra-oral camera and iTero scanner for patient education Qualifications: • Superb customer service and communication skills • Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located • Clear understanding and commitment to following HIPAA regulations and all safety guidelines • Certified to perform CPR Compensation: $72,000 - $92,000
