About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.

Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.

Assist in the identification of oral diseases and conditions.

Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans.

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care.

Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations.

Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patients.

Requirements:

Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene or higher.

Experience in a dental practice preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records.
