Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)

Sunset Smiles Dental Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!

We are currently seeking a hygienist to work one Friday per month. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while working in a modern, patient-centered dental practice.

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance.

Review and update medical and dental histories.

Perform periodontal assessments and charting.

Take digital dental radiographs as needed.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.

Accurately document treatment and clinical findings in Dentrix.

Maintain OSHA and infection control standards.

Work closely with the doctor and team to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

Current Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required).

Minimum 2 years of hygiene experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and team-player mentality.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
