Responsibilities: • Comprehensive Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, while utilizing modern equipment to ensure patient comfort and clinical excellence. • Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize state-of-the-art digital X-rays and intraoral cameras to assist the doctor in comprehensive treatment planning and early detection. • Periodontal Excellence: Conduct detailed periodontal charting and assessments to develop customized maintenance programs for every patient. • Patient Advocacy & Education: Act as a "dental coach" by explaining treatment needs and oral hygiene techniques in a way that empowers patients to say "yes" to their health. • Sterilization & Safety Standards: Maintain a pristine clinical environment by following strict OSHA/CDC sterilization protocols and ensuring all high-end equipment is properly cared for. • Collaborative Charting: Provide accurate, detailed electronic charting and clinical notes to ensure seamless communication within our supportive team. • Boutique Experience Support: Assist with office flow and patient hospitality to ensure every visit feels personalized, high-end, and stress-free. Qualifications: • Valid Arizona RDH License: Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners (or eligible for licensure for new grads). • Anesthesia & Laser Certification: Local Anesthesia and Laser Periodontal Therapy certifications are highly preferred to provide comprehensive, high-tech care. • Tech-Savvy Skill Set: Proficiency with modern dental software (like Curve, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental) and comfort using digital sensors, intraoral cameras, and digital scanners. • Clinical Excellence: Strong foundational knowledge of periodontal therapy, preventative care, and the latest dental materials and supplies. • Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex clinical needs in a warm, professional manner that aligns with a boutique patient experience. • Reliability & Professionalism: A commitment to the specific 3-day schedule (including the monthly Tuesday) and a polished, professional demeanor. • Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn new technologies and grow alongside a thriving, modern practice.
