You’ll welcome patients and conduct their initial screenings, perform thorough dental cleanings, and help dentists with examinations and procedures. Responsibilities: • Assist dentists with determining the best treatment plan for all kinds of dental diseases • Conduct initial screenings for patients to understand their oral health history • Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified • Sterilize all dental equipment to make sure everything is properly cleaned • Make patients feel at ease and taken care of before, during, and after the appointment Qualifications: • Able to stand up for long periods of time to administer dental exams and procedures • 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist • Superb customer service and communication skills • Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located • Understands HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines Compensation: $35 - $40 hourly
