Who this opportunity is great for • New grads learning the ropes in a healthy environment • Someone looking for extra hours • Someone who values flexibility in their schedule • Someone who wants to try out an office before fully committing • Someone looking for a change and wanting to work in an office that prioritizes the team’s well-being Responsibilities: • Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified • Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history • Examine patients’ dental health and get an overview of their oral health history • Sterilize all dental equipment to make sure everything is properly cleaned • Use x-ray machines to take photos of the patients’ teeth so the dentist can clearly identify cavities or other oral health issues • Assist dentists with determining the best treatment plan for all kinds of dental diseases Qualifications: • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Current CPR certification • Possesses a state license to practice dental hygiene • In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations • 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist • Seasoned and new graduates are both encouraged to apply! Compensation: $62 per hour DOE
