    We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our collaborative healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in improving residents’ health and quality of life through nutrition, while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

    Your Role:

    • Perform nutritional assessments on residents (admission, quarterly, annually, and as needed)
    • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
    • Counsel residents on nutrition and healthy eating habits
    • Collaborate with the Food Services team to plan meals based on dietary needs and preferences
    • Complete MDS documentation and monthly weight reviews
    • Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
    • Monitor meal service and conduct meal rounds for accuracy and quality
    • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
    • Assist with QA/QI audits, training, and departmental initiatives
    • Supervise dietary staff as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
    • RD or CDN preferred (not required)
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting
    • Strong knowledge of dietary regulations and clinical nutrition practices
    • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
