Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to assess patients’ nutritional needs, design personalized dietary plans, and deliver evidence-based nutrition education. This role requires expertise in medical nutrition therapy and collaboration with healthcare teams to integrate dietary care into holistic treatment strategies.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure or certification as required.
- Experience: Proficiency in clinical nutrition care and medical nutrition therapy (experience in diverse settings preferred).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of dietary management for chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, renal disease) and nutrition assessment tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, cultural competency, and ability to educate diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans.
- Provide medical nutrition therapy for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.
- Educate patients and families on dietary strategies for disease management and prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to align nutrition care with treatment goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary interventions based on clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nutrition plans and patient interactions.
- Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance nutrition service delivery.
