    Position Overview:

    Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to assess patients’ nutritional needs, design personalized dietary plans, and deliver evidence-based nutrition education. This role requires expertise in medical nutrition therapy and collaboration with healthcare teams to integrate dietary care into holistic treatment strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
    • Licensure/Certifications:
      • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
      • State licensure or certification as required.
    • Experience: Proficiency in clinical nutrition care and medical nutrition therapy (experience in diverse settings preferred).
    • Technical Skills: Knowledge of dietary management for chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, renal disease) and nutrition assessment tools.
    • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, cultural competency, and ability to educate diverse patient populations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans.
    • Provide medical nutrition therapy for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.
    • Educate patients and families on dietary strategies for disease management and prevention.
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to align nutrition care with treatment goals.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary interventions based on clinical outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of nutrition plans and patient interactions.
    • Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance nutrition service delivery.
