    Anthropometrics and body composition

    Lifestyle and psychosocial factors

Develop individualized, lab-informed nutrition care plans aligned with each client’s medical and fitness program.

Deliver ongoing follow-up sessions to evaluate outcomes, adjust plans, and support long-term adherence.

    Program & Team Integration

    Collaborate closely with:

Nurse Practitioner (for labs, meds, clinical oversight)

Behavioral Specialist (for emotional/behavioral barriers to change)

Head Coach & Training Team (for integrating nutrition with training cycles)

Participate in periodic case review meetings to coordinate care plans and program progression.

Help design our 6-month and 12-month Medical Fitness programs, including:

    Nutrition protocols for GLP-1 clients

    PCOS/menopause-specific tracks

    Longevity / performance nutrition tracks

    Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with MNT standards and payer requirements.

Support MNT billing workflows (coding, documentation standards, session duration/type).

Ensure all practice is compliant with California regulations for RDs and federal MNT guidelines.

    Education & Content

Create educational materials (handouts, simple guides, small group education topics) for:

    GLP-1 + nutrition integration

    PCOS/menopause nutrition

    Strength training and protein/energy needs

Occasionally contribute to workshops, webinars, or content for our high-value clients and corporate partners.

Interest in functional medicine / integrative nutrition (within evidence-based practice)

Schedule & Compensation (Ballpark – Silicon Valley)

Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends may be needed to match client needs).
