Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This interim position is expected to be approximately 16–24 hours per week, with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2026, and a duration of 10–12 weeks. Additional PRN opportunities may be available following the interim assignment, if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
• Complete MDS assessments and care plans
• Monitor weights and nutrition risk
• Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
• Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
• Onsite visits completed during weekdays

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
