Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This PRN position is intended to support vacation coverage, with hours ranging from 0-40 hours per week, depending on operational needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
• Complete MDS assessments and care plans
• Monitor weights and nutrition risk
• Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
• Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
• Onsite visits completed during weekdays

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
