Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation and behavioral health settings. This interim position is expected to be 32–40 hours per week, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026. Additional PRN opportunities may be available following the interim assignment, if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
• Complete MDS assessments and care plans
• Monitor weights and nutrition risk
• Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
• Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
• Onsite visits completed during weekdays

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
