This position is full time with no evenings or weekends required! Our Dietitian will enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 and we also have a sign on bonus. Our Dietitians have their own private office outside of the kitchen area, and the work location is:

Job description

• Prefer previous healthcare/senior living experience.
• Supports and delivers the highest level of nutrition care to patients to meet the customer’s overall needs.
• Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for patients based on their overall nutritional status.
• Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes
• Comply with regulatory standards – both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents’ right policies and Joint Commission regulations.
• Collaborate with IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) to provide quality nutrition and culinary program
• Review menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies
• Supports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen

Qualifications

● 1-3 years of acute care or mental health and Registered Dietitian experience.
● Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
● Basic Functional Experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification
as a Registered Dietitian
● Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
