We are not a health club; we do nothing but specialized fitness and nutrition programming.

To qualify for the position, candidates must have a sincere passion for fitness. Our perfect candidates are RD’s who desire having a diverse and ongoing role in their clients’ lives. Experience as a fitness professional is not required.

This entry level position includes five weeks training in our Personal Fitness Training Instructor program and unlimited growth opportunities. Starting salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000.

This position includes:

NO SELLING. One on One provides new team members with fitness and nutrition clientele upon completion of our Personal Fitness Training Instructor Program.

A COMPLETE BENEFITS PACKAGE including health insurance, paid vacation/holidays, retirement plan with a company match, and more.

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP NUTRITION COUNSELING. Dietitian/Fitness Hybrids are expected to conduct nutrition counseling and education sessions in both personal and group settings.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING. One on One will provide fitness clients upon completion of One on One’s Personal Fitness Trainer Instructor Program.
