  • Responsibilities

    Accomplish Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver expert medical nutrition therapy and health coaching, with a focus on bariatric care and weight management. This role is ideal for a clinician who is patient-centered, comfortable in a virtual environment, and passionate about supporting long-term behavior change.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide comprehensive medical nutrition therapy (MNT) including assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention

    • Develop and refine personalized care plans using strong clinical judgment and critical thinking

    • Deliver tailored health and wellness coaching, serving as an accountability partner for patients

    • Support patients pre- and post-bariatric surgery

    • Manage and counsel patients using anti-obesity medications, including GLP-1 therapies

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, patient-centered care

    • Utilize digital tools and virtual communication to engage and support patients

    • Interpret lab results as related to nutritional status

    • Maintain active licensure and remain in good standing

    • Contribute to program development and mentor junior staff as needed

    Required Qualifications

    • Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

    • Licensed by State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board (where required)

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a bariatric clinic (pre- and post-surgical patients)

    • Minimum 2 years experience providing counseling and behavior change support for patients with obesity

    • Experience managing patients on anti-obesity medications (including GLP-1 therapies)

    • Strong patient-centered counseling approach (guides without being overly prescriptive)

    • Excellent communication and patient education skills

    • Ability to interpret labs and connect findings to nutrition interventions

    • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask

    • Analytical problem-solving skills with minimal supervision

    • Ability to work independently in a virtual setting

    • Reliable, proactive, and collaborative team player

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience delivering care via telehealth

    • Comfortable working in a startup environment

    • Current licensure in one or more of the following states: FL, GA, NY, OK, TX
