TBAC is looking for a Registered Dietitian to help our team of 40 full-time counselors across 5 locations in the Tampa Bay Area. We are specifically seeking a registered dietician to assist with eating disorders and healthy eating habits for those with mental health disorders. This is a PRN position with a collaborative, supportive team. Position can be hybrid, both in person at one of our locations in Westchase, Carrollwood, Lutz, Palm Harbor, or St. Petersburg, as well as online. Responsibilities: • Develop personalized nutrition plans that align with clients' mental health needs, fostering a holistic approach to wellness. • Collaborate with our team of counselors to integrate dietary guidance into comprehensive treatment plans. • Conduct one-on-one consultations, both in-person and online, to assess and address individual dietary concerns. • Educate clients on the principles of healthy eating, empowering them to make informed choices that support their mental health. • Stay updated on the latest research in nutrition and mental health to provide evidence-based recommendations. • Facilitate group workshops and seminars to promote community learning and support around nutrition and mental health. • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction. Qualifications: • Experience in developing personalized nutrition plans that cater to mental health needs. • Ability to collaborate effectively with counselors to integrate dietary guidance into treatment plans. • Proven track record of conducting successful one-on-one consultations, both in-person and online. • Strong knowledge of healthy eating principles and the ability to educate clients on making informed dietary choices. • Commitment to staying updated on the latest research in nutrition and mental health for evidence-based recommendations. • Experience in facilitating group workshops and seminars to promote community learning about nutrition and mental health. • Ability to monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting nutrition plans to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction. Compensation: $28 - $32 hourly
