Ellie Mental Health is expanding across South Florida and seeking psychotherapists (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI) to join our clinic serving Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas. This position is designed to provide you with the necessary tools and guidance to become a successful licensed clinician.

Clinicians will work at our office in Palm Beach Gardens providing a blend of therapy both in-person and via telehealth. Our office is a modern, welcoming space designed to foster comfort and community. Ellie provides centralized administrative support, including scheduling, referrals, technology, billing, and client–therapist matching—allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work.
Responsibilities
· Provide direct clinical services to clients under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
· Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups
· Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, families, and community partners
· Actively engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required by Florida state regulations.
· Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and community outreach
· Maintain required caseloads (Full-Time: 25 client visits/week)
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
· Active Florida registration (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI)
· Multicultural competence and strong communication skills
· Ability to complete documentation efficiently
· Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus)
· Spanish-speaking a plus
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive compensation ranging from $40 per session ($47,000–$57,000 per year) for full-time roles
