Job Title: RN – Medical Surgical
Rate: Up to $1700.00 weekly

Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment: responsible for assessing patients' health needs, including monitoring vital signs and recognizing changes in their condition. They perform thorough physical examinations and gather health histories to inform treatment plans.
Implementing Treatment Plans: collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. This includes administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing immediate interventions for acute medical issues.
Monitoring and Documentation: continuously monitor patients' responses to treatments and document all relevant data, including assessment results, interventions, and any changes in patient conditions. This documentation is crucial for ongoing patient care and communication among the healthcare team.
Emergency Response: respond quickly to emergencies, performing life-saving procedures such as basic and advanced cardiac life support (BLS and ACLS) when necessary. Acute care nurses must be prepared to handle critical situations effectively.
Patient and Family Education: educate patients and their families about managing acute conditions, post-treatment care, and recovery processes is a vital part of their role. This helps ensure that patients understand their health status and the steps needed for recovery.
Collaboration and Leadership: lead nursing team and manage daily operations in acute care settings. They ensure that medical equipment is functional and that the care environment is safe and clean for both patients and staff.
