Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Injector
Position Overview
BL Med Spa is a wellness-focused medical spa built around the philosophy of Beauty from within. We deliver high-quality, results-driven services and are a one-of-a-kind destination in the West Valley on the borderline of Phoenix. We are seeking experienced Aesthetic Injectors (Registered Nurse RN) to perform neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV infusion therapy, and vitamin injections at our Glendale, AZ location. The Nurse will work under the supervision of the Medical Spa Director, MD.
This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with prior hands-on experience in cosmetic injectables will be considered.
Key Responsibilities • Perform neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, IV therapy, vitamin injections, and other aesthetic treatments within the scope of practice. • Conduct thorough client consultations to determine goals, assess suitability, and create personalized treatment plans. • Educate clients on treatment processes, including comprehensive pre-care and post-care instructions. • Address client questions, manage expectations realistically, and ensure a supportive and professional experience. • Maintain a strong focus on client safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout all procedures. • Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services that complement client goals. • Sanitize and prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies following safety and infection control standards. • Manage and track product inventory as needed. • Follow all established protocols and clinical guidelines. • Maintain accurate and detailed client charts and records. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and skill-development sessions. • Complete additional duties as assigned. • Occasionally travel to other locations for required training.
Qualifications • Active RN license in Arizona • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred. • Experience in a clinical setting is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide a positive client experience. • Ability to multitask, stay attentive to client needs, and adapt to business requirements. • Self-motivated team player capable of working independently. • Availability to work evenings and weekends is required. •Valid driver’s license •First aid/CPR certification required
Pay Structure Reformulated Compensation is based on a 30% commission, calculated after deducting the cost of products and the spa’s operational costs.
