HOURS: M-F, 8-5

QUALIFICATIONS

• RN License in FL
• 4 years of RN experience in primary care setting or equivalent
• BLS and CPR certification
• Health Coaching or Health Education experience preferred.
• Epic EMR, Health Coaching/Education, ability to work autonomously
