Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health / Residential
Location: Medford, MA
Shift: 8-hour days

Position: 13 week contract
Hours: 40 hours
Start/End Date: ASAP Start
Department: Residential Eating Disorder Treatment

Requirements:

• Active RN license (MA or compact if applicable)
• Behavioral health or psych experience preferred
• Ability to work in a residential, low-acuity setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Certifications:

• BLS (required)

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in a residential behavioral health setting
• Medication administration and med reviews
• Monitor patients and complete routine clinical check-ins
• Process physician orders and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment
