Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN):

Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Administer medications and perform skilled treatments, including medication fills

Conduct assessments and provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Document patient progress and report any status changes

Requirements of a Registered Nurse (RN):

Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts

Computer literacy and strong documentation skills

Prior RN experience in homecare or clinical settings

Strong interpersonal and patient care skills

Current driver’s license

CPR/First Aid certified
