Registered Nurse – Cath Lab

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care under the direction of nursing leadership. The RN will independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures, following ANA Standards of Practice, ANA Code of Ethics, and the California Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities:

Provide safe, skilled nursing care for patients before, during, and after Cath Lab procedures.

Perform thorough assessments, document findings, and identify clinical risk factors.

Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes or emergencies.

Administer medications safely and follow all infection control and hospital protocols.

Complete required competencies, trainings, and participate in departmental activities.

Maintain a compassionate, supportive environment for patients and families.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of RN experience (Cath Lab experience preferred).

Valid and unrestricted California RN License.

Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.

Meets all health and competency requirements set by the facility.

Strong clinical judgment, knowledge of cardiac care, equipment, and medication safety.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN/ADN preferred).
