    This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to provide personalized nursing care.

    Status: Per-Diem/ Contractor

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct initial patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.

    Perform IV infusion and nursing care tasks, ensuring safe and effective treatment.

    Serve as a clinical advisor, coordinating with other staff to implement and evaluate patient care.

    Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.

    Monitor patients for side effects or reactions, documenting any changes in their conditions.

    Maintain accurate records of patient care and collaborate with the supervisor on observations.

    Familiarity with OASIS documentation and requirements is a plus.

    Qualifications:

    Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.

    Previous experience as an RN is preferred, with demonstrated leadership abilities.

    Strong knowledge of IV infusion techniques and nursing best practices.

    Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.

    Valid driver's license.

    Current First Aid/CPR certification.

    Familiarity with OASIS documentation is beneficial.
