Registered Nurses: Looking to stay clinically engaged without long shifts or burnout? ComForCare Home Care is hiring a PRN RN to join our growing team in NYC, offering 4-16 hours per month with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our aging population.

In this role, you’ll provide thoughtful, one-on-one care with the time and focus patients deserve; no rushing from case to case. We’re seeking a self-directed nurse who takes initiative and wants to be part of a team that’s rethinking home care. If you’re looking for flexible, purposeful work we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements:

Unencumbered New York State RN License

CPR, BLS Certification

2 or more years of hospital experience (Acute Care) and/or Home Care

Ability to commute to Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx

Willingness to be part of a growing Team

Duties:

Perform comprehensive in-home assessments

Develop or update Care Plans

Perform Supervisory Visits

Communicate with the office, caregivers, and clients/families

Provide ongoing education and in-field support to HHAs and PCAs
