ComForCare Home Care is a leading provider of personalized in-home care services, helping clients live independently and safely in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team on a part-time or PRN basis.

Position Summary

The RN will provide skilled nursing services in a home setting, supporting clients with clinical needs while also conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.

What we are looking for:

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice

CPR certification

Demonstrated knowledge of safety and infection control practices

What you will be doing:

Perform skilled nursing procedures in the home, including:

IV infusions

Wound care

Medication setup and management

Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, CHF, COPD)

Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments

Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans

Monitor client progress and communicate changes to appropriate parties

Educate clients and family members on care needs and disease management

Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Salary Range:

$45-50 per hour depending on experience
