About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at ComForCare Home Health Care as a Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate in-home care to our clients in Beaufort, SC. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve while working in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes.
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing activities.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina.
Previous experience in home health care or similar settings preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
