    What You'll Do

    Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled rehabilitation and long-term care programs

    Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately and safely

    Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team

    Collaborate with therapy staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident recovery goals

    Educate and support residents and their families with compassion and professionalism

    Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards

    What We're Looking For

    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

    Experience in skilled rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred

    Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

    Commitment to delivering outstanding clinical outcomes and customer service
