Gameday is excited to welcome the ideal candidate with at least 2 years of Registered Nurse or LPN experience to our growing team
Gameday Men’s Health is on a mission to help men feel like themselves again—more energy, more confidence, more vitality. We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy and other wellness services in a relaxed, man-cave-inspired setting. Our patients aren’t just looking for quick fixes—they want long-term solutions from people they trust. We’re a locally owned clinic where our staff are more than employees—they’re key players in something bigger. Our team culture is built on trust, laughter, and a shared commitment to changing lives and one of our core values is excellence without perfection because the men in our community deserve it!
About the Role We’re looking for a Registered Nurse or LPN who’s detail-driven, warm-hearted, and confident in their clinical skills. You'll work closely with patients and providers to ensure safe, effective, and efficient care—reviewing labs, administering treatments, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is an ideal role for a nurse who enjoys one-on-one patient interaction and thrives in an environment where systems and details matter.
What You’ll Do:
· Perform blood draw, review and interpreting lab results in coordination with Provider
Communicate lab findings and treatment updates to patients
Administer injections, including controlled substances (e.g., testosterone, B12, peptides)
Monitor patient medication levels and treatment responses
Assist with medication reordering and inventory management
Help maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Contribute to a patient experience that is organized, informative, and friendly
Erectile Dysfunction: Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimx if needed during heavy scheduled days
Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is a huge plus.
QA checks with patients, mailout and potential members
Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections
Complete all appointment confirmations in a timely manner and adjust the schedule accordingly.
Verify that all new and returning patient information is documented properly and up to date
Monitor the schedule and maintain smooth patient flow.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, hormone experience or general practice is preferred but not required. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing.
This candidate would exhibit exceptional people skills as well as clinical capabilities.
Organized, proactive, and dependable—you see what needs to be done and do it
Friendly, approachable bedside manner—someone patients feel comfortable talking to
Tech-savvy and comfortable using EMRs, texting platforms, and other digital tools
Exhibit a passion for men’s health and wellness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and sell in a cash pay high ticket environment
Why You’ll Love It Here
Family-owned and locally rooted—we know our team by name, not badge number
No night shifts, no weekends, no chaos—just meaningful work and a supportive team
You'll play a central role in transforming patients' lives and helping them feel like themselves again
Plenty of laughs, strong coffee, a team that’s got your back and great guys as patients
Ready to bring your clinical expertise to a team that values precision, connection, and impact?
