Job Summary:
Provide exceptional patient care in the Emergency Department, applying the nursing process in line with the organization’s philosophy and professional standards.
Collaborate with physicians, emergency medical teams, and other healthcare professionals to deliver rapid, effective treatment in urgent and high-pressure situations, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Support patients, families, and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication, even in challenging circumstances.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license.
Current BLS certification and TB test.
ACLS and PALS preferred or willingness to obtain.
Proficiency in medication/dosage calculations and IV therapy.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Commitment to annual competencies, continuing education, and adherence to Standards of Behavior.
