Job Summary:

• Provide patient care using the nursing process in alignment with organizational philosophy and standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Engage with patients, families, and visitors, upholding professional nursing standards and offering physical and psychological support.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Current Arkansas LPN or RN license.

• Current BLS certification & TB test.

• Must pass medication/dosage calculations & IV therapy exams.

• Maintain annual competencies & participate in education fairs.

• Adhere to Standards of Behavior.
