Job Title: RN – Endocrinology / Nurse Navigator

Location: Massachusetts

Shift/Schedule: Day, 4x10-Hour (07:00 – 17:30)

Position: Contract

Hours: 40 hours/week

Start Date: 04/08/2026
End Date: 13-week contract

Department: Women’s Services – REI

Responsibilities:

• Serve as RN Nurse Navigator for patients in endocrinology and women’s health
• Conduct patient assessments and triage phone calls
• Manage chart preparation, authorizations, referrals, and scheduling
• Administer medications (IM) and manage fertility medication/IVF protocols
• Perform specimen collection and labeling
• Assist with procedures including Pap smears and sterile tray setups
• Provide patient education and follow-up care
• Support office duties including pharmacy calls and disability forms

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of adult patient care and women’s health

Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS preferred

Work Settings: OB/GYN, Women’s Health

Additional Skills:

• Fertility medication management / IVF experience preferred
• IV starts, universal precautions, patient teaching, biohazard waste disposal
